Beverley and the kids are in Shangri-la. Beverley feels guilty since she likes it better here than Richmond. There's more for the kids than I have time to write about now. The picture of Ian was taken in the park on the other side of our back fence.
On the night they arrived (Tues) we toured the neighborhood and met many neighbors. Then we ate at a diner called Ruby's which overlooks a lake in our neighborhood (Woodbridge). It was kids eat free night!
On Wednesday a neighbor brought us an amazing cake - I mean, we were floored by how good it was. After getting some of the house together we went to the ocean. Then we ate at Ruby's again, but this time over the Pacific, at sunset, on Balboa Pier.
