Taco Bell corporate headquarters is here in Irvine! My office mates and I went for lunch.
The front desk guy clapped his hands and said "yessss" when we told him why were there. It was great, royal treatment.
There was a mini Taco Bell nook thingy, and a mini KFC thingy. Salad bar. Partial menu.
Total corporate cafeteria. Total let down.
We've often talked about going. We fantasized about the experimental foods we'd eat.
My idea for a new taco was one with a hot dog in the bottom, mashed potatoes and nacho cheese on top. How awesome would the be, huh?
We were so PUMPED to go.
Sigh.
The good news is I'm down to 185 cakes and I did nothing today to hurt my progress.
